Nice picture, I have a painting I recently bought at auction but can find nothing on the artist> It is signed j c cooper 1910 and is a beach scene with boat. The frame has a label stuck to it 'Royal Glasgoe Institute 1911'. Any ideas? Cheers Johnnie
